IHSE displaying powerful KVM matrix enhanced by ExtremeUSB for USB 2.0 and 3.0 extension at booth 10-P148 from February 9th to 12th at Amsterdam RAI, Netherlands
Burnaby, British Columbia – February 9, 2016 – Icron Technologies Corporation, a leader in USB and video extension technology, announced today that IHSE GmbH, a leading provider of KVM products supporting long distance signal extenders, will be featuring a live demo of their high speed Draco tera matrix switcher system complemented by Icron’s patented ExtremeUSB® technology at the Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) Show 2016 from February 9th through 12th at Amsterdam RAI in the Netherlands.
IHSE’s Draco tera KVM matrix switcher features expanded bandwidth to enable real-time switching of high definition video (up to 4Kp60), audio and USB 2.0 and 3.0 signals. High speed switch versions are available in a variety of sizes including an industry leading 576 I/O ports which can be configured for Cat 5e/6, multi-mode fiber, single-mode fiber or combination hybrid for maximum flexibility.
USB extension capability is available from IHSE as either part of the Draco tera matrix line solution or as stand-alone extender systems and include the ExtremeUSB suite of features such as transparent USB extension, true plug and play (no software drivers required) and compatibility with all major operating systems: Windows®, OS X® and Linux®.
“There is a noticeable increase in applications requiring high-speed USB 3.0 data interfaces in conjunction with switching HD video, USB 2.0 devices, and keyboard/mouse signals,” said Enno Littmann, IHSE’s Managing Director. “In order to ensure customers receive the best possible user experience, we naturally chose ExtremeUSB technology for USB extension.”
“ProAV and broadcast applications are constantly demanding more from KVM infrastructures,” said Glenn Antonelli, Vice President of Marketing at Icron. “IHSE’s KVM switching solutions provide the highest levels of HD video and USB 2.0 and 3.0 signal quality at distances up to 100 meters.”
A demonstration of IHSE’s tera matrix switch with USB extension will be featured in booth 10-P148 from February 9th to 12th during the ISE show in Amsterdam.
