J. Kelly Edmison, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Edmison has been active in the Vancouver technology market for the past 20 years. A graduate of the University of Toronto and Queen's University, he practiced law for over 20 years. Mr. Edmison spent his early career in Calgary and Hong Kong before joining Ladner Downs (now Borden Ladner Gervais) in 1985, where he practiced securities and commercial law until 1995. Mr. Edmison then established his own practice focused exclusively on representing Vancouver-based junior technology companies. During the last five years of Mr. Edmison's practice, companies represented by Mr. Edmison closed over 40 financings and raised aggregate proceeds of more than $200 million. Mr. Edmison has since ceased to practice law.

Mr. Edmison is currently a director of Pender Financial, Radiant Communications Corporation (TSX-VE:RCN), IP Applications Corp. (TSX-VE:IPX), Carmanah Technologies Corp. (TSX-VE:CMH) and Icron Technologies Inc. (TSX-VE:IT). Mr. Edmison was Secretary of ALI Technologies Inc. (TSX:ALT) and a director or secretary of a number of TSX Venture and venture capital financed companies.

Robert D. Jull
Mr. Jull is a successful executive and entrepreneur. He is currently active as a private investor after having sold a company he co-founded, LinkAge Software to Microsoft in 1997. Previously, he was a partner in the DMR Group (IT Management Consultants) and as that company grew from 33 to 800 employees, he opened the Toronto and US offices. Earlier he was with IBM Canada and as Manager of External Relations was responsible for IBM/Government relations. Following graduation from the Royal Military College he served in the Canadian Navy as an Engineering Officer.

James D. Skippen
Mr. Skippen is President & CEO of Wi-LAN, and a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to joining Wi-LAN in June 2006, Jim held a number of senior management positions with MOSAID Technologies. In 2003, Jim was appointed Senior Vice President, Patent Licensing and General Counsel for MOSAID, and was responsible for managing the company's highly successful patent licensing program. While at MOSAID, he played an integral role in helping the company distinguish itself as an intellectual property powerhouse by leading the effort to license its patent portfolio to many of the world's best known electronics companies and successfully managing many large complex patent litigations.

Mr. Skippen has extensive legal experience, having practiced technology law for many years in two of Canada's largest law firms. Along with serving on the board of Icron Technologies Inc., Jim is a member of the Executive for the Ottawa Technology Law Group and a member of the Licensing Executives Society. He is a former Chairman of the Toronto Computer Lawyers Group and a former Vice-Chairman and Director of the Canadian Diabetes Association. Jim is a frequent speaker at conferences and has delivered numerous papers and articles concerning management of intellectual property, patent licensing and technology law.

Julian Elliott
Mr. Elliott brings over 25 years of experience in building entrepreneurial organizations and commercializing technology in emerging markets. His broad range of experience includes CEO and executive chairman positions at start-up companies in Silicon Valley, as well as Vice President and General Manager of Agilent Technologies, a spin-off of Hewlett Packard. At Agilent/HP, he founded the company's storage networking products business, growing it from inception into a highly profitable division.

Mr. Elliott's experience encompasses systems, component, and high-speed I/O technologies in a range of companies. He brings to Icron considerable experience in technology development and financing, including venture capital and M&A activities with both private and public companies. Mr. Elliott has also served on the boards and advisory panels of several venture-funded companies.

Mr. Elliott holds an undergraduate degree in Physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Robert Eisses
Mr. Eisses has more than twenty years of experience as an entrepreneur and a key member of senior management teams at a number of technology product and service companies. He transitioned to CEO of Icron Technologies in September 2006 from the role of Vice President Sales and Marketing, which he held since June of 2004 and during which time revenues grew over 45% annually.
