Icron Reappoints Cavalcanti Hume Funfer Inc. as Investor Relations Counsel

Vancouver, Canada, December 4, 2003 – Icron Technologies Corporation (TSX Venture: IT), a leading provider of high-performance connectivity technologies for the computer marketplace, announced today that it was renewing its agreement with Cavalcanti Hume Funfer (CHF Inc.) of Toronto and Calgary, on an ongoing basis as the company’s investor relations counsel.

Under the terms of the agreement, CHF Inc. will undertake investor relations activities on behalf of Icron including: initiating investor awareness programs, building relationships with Canadian investment banking firms, assisting with financing efforts and market maintenance. CHF’s services have been extended for a period that will run from November 1, 2003 to April 2004. Thereafter, service may continue with the consent of both parties. CHF Inc. has a complement of 10 full-time professional staff and is one of Canada’s pre-eminent IR firms specializing in small-cap public companies.
