Icron reports Annual General Meeting Results and Option Grants

BURNABY, B.C., June 25, 2009 – Icron Technologies Corporation (TSX Venture: IT), the developers of ExtremeUSB®, is pleased to announce results of the Company’s Annual General Meeting held on June 25, 2009 in Burnaby, BC, Canada. Kelly Edmison, Julian Elliott, Robert Jull and James Skippen were re-elected to the Board.

Shareholders also approved the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors of the Company and the amendment of the Company’s Stock Option Plan.

In addition, Icron today announced that it has issued incentive stock options to certain employees, officers and directors. The Company will issue up to 449,375 options to purchase common shares at $0.24 per share. The options have a five-year term and will vest in accordance with the Company’s standard vesting policies.
