The Core 2200 SO-DIMM daughter cards, powered by ExtremeUSB®, provide both USB 1.1 and USB 2.0 extension in four options providing a highly flexible OEM solution over Cat X or Fiber Optics.

The ExtremeUSB®  Core 2200 SO-DIMM daughter boards enable USB extension solutions over Cat X (Cat 5, 5e, 6, 7) UTP or STP  and fiber optics.  Four modules are available which supports either USB 1.1, USB 2.0 up to 100Mbps, or High-Speed USB 2.0 over Cat 5 or fiber optics.   

Powered by patented ExtremeUSB® technology, the ExtremeUSB® Core 2200 SO-DIMM modules operates with USB 2.0 high-speed host controllers and USB 1.1 classic hosts.

The ExtremeUSB® Core 2200 Developer Kits are available in four variants and consists of Local Extender (LEX) and Remote Extender (REX) motherboard modules, LEX & REX daughter-board modules, a CD containing the Core 2200 Product Specification document, a design guide, reference designs, and schematics for development of USB extension over Cat  X (Cat 5, 5e, 6, 7) UTP or STP or fiber optics.
