Icron’s next generation USB 3-2-1 extender, the Raven™ 3204C extends USB 3 (5Gbps), 2.0 and 1.1 devices simultaneously up to 100 meters (330 ft) from a host computer across a point-to-point CAT 6a/7 connection. The Raven 3204C delivers the same exceptional performance as the Raven 3104, in a smaller, lighter design, with USB-C ports available for the host and extended devices.

The Raven 3204C can accommodate a wide range of applications. These include extending USB 3 cameras, storage devices, sound bars, DACs, hubs, touchscreens and other USB-C or USB-A devices (supporting up to 30 downstream USB peripherals) beyond the maximum length of a standard USB 3 cable (1.8m/6ft) to a PC or BYOD laptop across board rooms or lecture halls for use with all major UC conferencing applications.

Overview

The Icron USB 3-2-1 Raven™ 3204C is the next generation USB 3-2-1 extender allowing users to extend USB 3 (5Gbps) device types as well as USB 2.0 and 1.1 devices across a point-to-point connection up to 100m over a single CAT 6a/7 cable. Applications include extending USB 3 conferencing cameras and audio devices for boardrooms and conference rooms. The Raven extension series has been successfully tested with most major USB 3.1 conferencing cameras in conjunction with major UC conferencing applications (Zoom, Teams, Skype).

This 4-port USB 3.0 extender supports data rates at up to 5Gbps and is plug and play – no software drivers required – for all major operating systems: Windows®, macOS™, Linux® and Chrome OS™.

Additionally, this ExtremeUSB-C™ based USB 3-2-1 extender system is FCC/CE Class B certified and, being backward compatible, is ideal for use with all USB-C or USB-A peripherals in addition to USB 3.1 conference cameras including: sound bars, touchscreens, hubs, DACs, and other USB 3, 2 and 1 devices.
