Angekis and Icron Announce USB3 Joint Product Interoperability

Saber USB3 HD PTZ camera successfully extended by Icron’s USB 3-2-1 Raven at 100m over CAT 6a and 200m over OM3 fiber

The Saber USB3 HD PTZ camera is the world’s first USB3 camera offering a 72.5° field of view with 12x optical zoom providing simultaneous USB3 and HDMI outputs for dual display and 1080p resolution at 60 frames per second. The Saber offers many features rivalling more expensive models such as low-light detection sensing, preset camera positioning, sensitive motion control pan/tilt tuning, 3D digital noise reduction and desktop control application software. Plug and play compatible with Windows® or macOS™ operating systems and all major conferencing applications including Skype and Zoom, the Saber camera is ideal for small- to medium-size conference rooms and training centers.

Icron’s USB 3-2-1 Raven 3104 is the world’s first backward-compatible USB 3.1 extender system for up to 100m over a single CAT 6a/7 cable, making it ideal for USB 3.1 PTZ conference cameras as well as any other USB 3.1, 2.0 or 1.1 application, while the USB 3-2-1 Raven 3124 provides up to 200m extension over OM3 multi-mode fiber for applications requiring additional distance.
