G&D exhibiting its highly flexible KVM switch with Icron’s patented USB extension technology at booth N-5623 from April 18th through 21st in Las Vegas
Burnaby, British Columbia – April 15, 2016 – Icron Technologies Corporation, a leader in USB and video extension technology, announced today that G&D North America (G&D), a leading manufacturer of digital and analogue KVM solutions, will be showcasing its ControlCenter-Digital modular KVM matrix switch enabled with patented ExtremeUSB® 2.0 and 3.0 extension technology from Icron at the 2016 NAB Show from April 18th through 21st at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Nevada.
G&D’s ControlCenter-Digital KVM matrix switch features dynamic ports and modular I/O cards to provide maximum flexibility in adapting to various Broadcast and ProAV applications. In addition to transmitting keyboard, mouse, RS232 and USB 2.0 signals, the system also facilitates 4K Ultra HD video with a colour depth of 24 bits. The I/O-Card-Multi allows the use of third-party devices to the matrix supporting SDI, HD-SDI, 3G-SDI, USB 3.0 or 1GB Ethernet.
The ControlCenter-Digital KVM matrix switch, along with many other solutions from G&D’s product line, has incorporated the ExtremeUSB suite of features such as transparent USB extension, true plug and play (no software drivers required) and compatibility with all major operating systems: Windows®, OS X® and Linux®.
